Our largest apartment is a four-bedroom, four-bath plan with almost 1,600 square feet, a huge balcony, and a 2X2 arrangement that puts a pair of bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment, with shared living space in the middle. Enter your apartment via an entry door with a secure digital lock. The full-size washer and dryer and the utility closet are tucked into space in the foyer so that they won’t disturb your roommates even if you do your laundry in the middle of the night.

The kitchen is equally accessible but out of the way of entertaining and sleeping space. There’s no need to tiptoe around at any time of day in this spacious apartment. As in all our apartments, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, powerful microwave oven, dishwasher and double-bowl sink with disposal, and a full-size refrigerator-freezer with ice maker. Storage-filled cabinets and quartz counters simplify food preparation, cooking, and serving, and a table with seating space for four is located nearby. The adjacent living room is furnished with a leather sofa and lounge chair, a large coffee table, and stylish multi-purpose side tables. The wall opposite the sofa boasts a large wall-mounted television. An expansive balcony is just outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, accessed via sliding doors.

In this plan, the balcony extends beyond the living space in both directions, and each of the four bedrooms overlooks the outdoor area. Bedrooms are designed for complete privacy and comfort, not often found in student housing. With individual locks on each bedroom door, your belongings are secure, and you can retreat to your private domain when you feel the need to be alone. Each bedroom also boasts an entirely private bathroom with a tub-shower combination and a large closet with hanging space for clothing and plenty of room to stow sports gear and personal belongings.
